He's always had a passion for problem-solving, which inspired him to pursue a degree in Mathematics from the University of Warwick. Since then, he's cultivated his skills in roles such as Innovation Consultant and Business Improvement Manager, where he successfully implemented strategies that streamlined processes, enhanced efficiency and delivered measurable value. Dedicated to continuous learning, Oscar stays up-to-date with the latest technologies. He is an expert in Microsoft Power Platforms — including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate — as well as Tableau for data modelling and Python programming.

Beyond work, he's a keen footballer and follower of Chelsea FC, so he's equally passionate about teamwork and achieving goals, on and off the pitch.
