The challenge

Without a centralised system, locating and accessing up-to-date versions of the correct assets was difficult and time-consuming for the team, creating high operational costs.
The formula
We created The Asahi Sales Toolkit, a comprehensive digital asset management platform providing a single repository of sales materials for Asahi brands. The team at Head Office can manage assets efficiently by uploading in bulk and assigning categories, and can access stats to gain insight on their usage.
The sales team can log in using their existing credentials (no need for yet another password), and can quickly search, download or share exactly what they need.
